It's not "pre-Madonna" (that would just be a pre-80s reference, I would think), but "Prima Donna" (aka First Lady, or Diva). Just sayin'...

Gotta teach those kids proper language! :fk

:rofl
Did you ever see Madonna pre-Madonna? About the same. :lolz

Re: What Do You Carry in Your Pockets During a Round?

After cracking the cover of my skycaddie touch, I had an offer to buy the new SX500. Well the new one is bigger than my iPhone and does not come with a belt clip or a holster yet. I do not keep my phone in my pocket, I have a holster for it, but do not wear it when I play. But I did have a belt clip...

Krank is replacing the head and the adapter.
It looks bad for a long drive company to have someone snap the metal adapter :P
I am sure your brother is claiming he is stronger and faster than the long drive guys. :up :lolz

Re: How far does your driver head fly? Does cart path help?

Had a new 3 hybrid do that and the head went about thirty yards, and not sure how far the ball would have gone, but it did not clear the thick grass that was low and left. The company replaced everything free of charge.

Re: Course Staff and Rangers

The memories are coming back. This guy also rationalized that if he were to let me out by myself, as a single, I would then "hold up everyone else who shows up after you." While not on the Staff/Ranger tangent exactly, I was once going to be a walker paired with a threesome after a frost delay, and...

So it seems his infractions were purposely dragging his feet across the greens on at least five holes, to the point that the groups behind him were complaining.

Re: The New 2019 Rules

First hole was from the rough, 10th hole was basically a short pitch, 17th was a short putt after driving the green, 18th was a medium eagle putt on a par 5. And I almost took him yesterday to win, but too late now for the odds.

Just a few months late to this party. This was a big deal last summer, and even led to him wearing their long sleeve button down shirt in a few tourneys.

Re: The New 2019 Rules

I saw a snippet the first week of the Champion's Tour season where Langer's caddie was standing behind him helping him to read the putt. Then the caddie reminded Langer that he needed to back away from the putt and start his routine over because of the new rule. Also interesting is that the rule is ...

Re: January Golf!

Got my 11th round of January golf in today. Shot a blah 88, but am wondering how much of an equipment problem I was having. Beginning on the 9th hole, I hit some solid shot that seem to not go as far as i was expecting. Ham and egged my way for a few holes, and as I was getting ready to tee off on 1...

There was a guy watching the Euro tour event that had a hissy fit when he saw Poulter tap in for bogey with the stick in. Re: 2018-2019 Winter Support Group

There are some courses in the southeast and mid-atlantic where those are not bunkers per se, but are called waste areas. Before the new rules, they were not treated like bunkers, so you could move debris and ground your club. Generally, they are also very hard packed, so you are able to drive carts ...

Re: January Golf!

We had a two and half hour frost delay this morning, but it did warm up (relatively speaking) pretty fast. One of my partners was upset because they initially thought we were going to be out by 10, he paid, then they announced 10:30. He said if he had not paid, he would not have played. So naturally...
