A wealth of better puns with this one, I'm just too lazy to think of a good one. Just curious what you think.

Think about what? Chick-fila? I've only eaten it a few times in my life. I didn't really have an opinion but I read the piece and found it convincing. The food was tasty enough but their anti-gay marriage stance seems pretty militant and wrong-headed, and nobody needs more blandification/mall-ification of NYC.

The writer doesn't have much of a sense of humor. "It’s worth asking why Americans fell in love with an ad in which one farm animal begs us to kill another in its place."

Yes, the "Eat mor chiickin" slogan can be reduced down to something morbid but I always thought it was sort of clever.

I agree on both accounts. I hate to see culturally rich places become corporatized. I also think some opinion pieces from the left come off as shrill.
