I agree with my feeble point total. :facepalm
Let's Play 36
GHIN Handicap: 7.8 … 9.2 … Let’s just say I am around a 14!

Points were tallied at:
200 for winner
125 for 2nd
100 for top 10
40 for top 20
12 for making cut
-20 for missing cut

(BTW: Making the cut at the Masters was worth 12 points, not 24 points as I had originally incorrectly stated a few pages back. Points were quadrupled for the Masters. Normally we get 3 points for a made cut. X4 = 12, not 24. Sorry for any confusion.)

This concludes the contest? DougE wins? And now he begins the arduous process of driving to each of our homes to attempt to collect the prize money that he retroactively assigned. :fu

Yes. 1489 Chena Ridge Road, Fairbanks, AK 99709

I recently moved. If when you arrive I don't answer the door immediately, keeping pounding and yell "Police!!" so I know it is you.

Thanks Doug for doing all this tabulation work. I can't believe that in a 4X week, I end up with an even bigger negative number! Such is fantasy life: luckily I did much better in my yahoo picks, having Sergio and Rose amongst others...

Congrats to Sergio, well deserved!!
I'm gonna go low this time...

Since JFurr is probably a little behind after his buddies weekend, I'll take on adding up the totals this week. However, JFurr, it's still up to you to decide what the format is for this week. We're waiting.

As of 4/10/17
1. Doug @ 778 Points
2. CeeBee @ 637
3. SJD @ 456
4. BK @ 452
5. Beef @ 430
6. JFIsh @ 374
7. JFurr @ 216

SJD gets the exclusive pick this week.

Okay, I propose we go back to the regular plan and pick 2 LPGA at LOTTE Championship and 2 PGA at RBC Heritage. Picks have to be in by Wed. morning, early, as the women go off late morning, Eastern Time or 6-7 am Hawaii time tomorrow (Wed.). So get your picks in soon. Tonight if possible.

I think we need a re-set. Without a re-set, some of us become the Cleveland Browns and are eliminated in May.

I am tired of dealing with the LPGA. they have too many screwy start times and days.

No one is eliminated yet. Not even JFurr. We are only a quarter of the way into the season. Great starts doesn't always mean great finishes. We have 3 more majors on the PGA with double points. And a few more on the LPGA. A good week for someone other than me could change things quickly in a major. And, BTW, if anyone's paying attention, CeeBee has closed the gap over the last few weeks. So can anyone else if you make the right picks.

Very early on, this is the only thread I could find about stopping at the Masters. And we never set that in stone, because there were still other ideas after BKs and then a final set of guidelines where stopping at the Masters was not mentioned.

My picks are in for the week. If you losers want to quit now that the Masters is over, go ahead. If everyone is done, please supply your addresses so I can come by and pick up my $200 from each of you. :P

You have to validate the $200 w/ a long drive contest (on a very wide fairway) :fu . But I'll be glad to PM you my address so you can come pick it up.

I'm still deciding if I want to actually do research this week. A bye week would be nice.

Here are my picks (no research, not even sure if they are in the field). I reserve the right to change them before tee-off if I decide to care.

LPGA:
A Juitanigar
L Thomson

PGA:
G McDowell
B Snedeker

Sounds fair enough...provided you hit 7i from the tips and I hit both a non-conforming driver and ball...from the white tees. Maybe then, and only then, would I have a chance.
