Man I am so spun around with this Kuchar nonsense. At first I was against, then I kind of respected him for standing his ground, but then I lost respect when he caved in, and didn't buy the apology statement but just now I saw him talking to the press and think he deserves forgiveness. He owned up to being a sheltered, out of touch pre-Madonna more or less. What can you say after that. Nothing. Let us never speak of this again.

It's not "pre-Madonna" (that would just be a pre-80s reference, I would think), but "Prima Donna" (aka First Lady, or Diva). Just sayin'...

Gotta teach those kids proper language! :fk

Got to see 5-time Masters Champion Tiger birdie 10 today live at Riviera, then drive it straight and long at 11. We heard the roar as we were leaving the course, figured he'd hit his approach close. Hope he makes some noise tomorrow, but am pulling for Rory to win it.

Never seen a final round leader 3 putt from 3 feet (Holmes) or 4 putt (Thomas). Conditions seem brutal.

5-time Masters Champion Tiger went from 3-4 under for the day to +1 to drop from 5th to 15th.
Its a crazy day, S Kim 5 under for the round, and Thomas is 5+ after being 1 under after 1.
some strange stuff out there for sure.

Speith is 10 over for the day too - wow.

I must say 13 clubs with no editing in 10 min. If I were JB Holmes it would be a 1 hour video.

That's a shame. Looks like he bounced back okay, didn't let it rattle him.

I watched to end of the taped delayed LPGA tournament. It was a lot more interesting than the WGC event. I can't believe that Minjee left her eagle putt short. A three putt got her a tie for 2nd so go for the win. Yes, a birdie got solo 2nd but c'mon! :nope

Gotta say, any tournament played at high altitude quickly becomes irritating to the TV audience. For balance they should play one event at extremely low elevation like Death Valley, in cold temperatures. Then they can blabber on and on and on and on about how not-far the ball is traveling that week. :puke

Hereby renouncing my golf fandom. Will probably re-instate at some point but right now in this moment, have no shits to give. I know that 5-time Masters Champion Tiger Woods is scheduled to tee it up next week but that is not good enough to make me a fan again. He will have to contend. :fuckall

Probably just some bipolar winter funk or something. Woke up, read a news story about Phil missing the cut and whining about pulling out of next week's Player's Championship because he doesn't feel up for it and decided Fine, I don't care about sports right now. This all is probably some sort of karmic rebalancing after all that delight I took in Lebron James and the Lakers flailing around pathetically. In that sense I don't really deserve to enjoy sports for a while perhaps.

We here at Legitimategolf Forum have backed Tommy Fleetwood for a long time. I complain a lot about golfers being automaton conformists but that's not Tommy Fleetwood. He is his own man. For instance he is married to a woman twenty years older than him, who has kids from a previous relationship. Obviously someone who doesn't give an F about what you ordinary twats think about him. :fu :thumbs
