Wrist analysis/ Crossfield

Post by jfurr » Mon Oct 31, 2016 1:51 pm

I used to watch this guy's videos everyday. Haven't tuned in lately but nice too see he's still using technology, which seems to still be improving, to finding these cause-and-effect swing phenomena.

Excellent video. He is completely correct about the wrist position. I have a hard time remembering what extension vs flexion and pronation vs supination means, but I know that if I cup my wrist at the top, the ball goes right, even if I try to "save" it.

At one point, fairly recently, I had made the bowing of my wrist at the top my only swing thought. It's now more automatic, but once in a while, the old cupping move shows up and I have to remind myself to work the opposite way and make that my one swing thought again.
I'm gonna go low this time...
