Sorry I was not very clear in my rant. The field this year is just way less interesting; there are only names I faintly recognize from LPGA leaderboards way back. No star power whatsoever. Whereas last year there were former major champions, a major social media babe, an LPGA rookie who is big in Japan (and who took medalist).

Had the Senior PGA on TV today as I was doing other stuff. Googled where it's being played - Michigan - guys wearing sweaters and hoodies. I'm like, why would you play a Senior major in Michigan in May/Winter? It's 85 and gorgeous in SC today.

We were in Brazil while the Mitten was having the worst month of May in 100 years. I am surprised it didn't snow. It was sunny and 75-80 every day in Brazil.

I'm still getting used to technology changes. When I turned the US Open on today, it gave me a multi-screen option - cool!!!!

I enjoyed some of that too. Multiscreen had been around previously, but you always had to use a special app. And the video was usually buggy. Now it is offered as a regular old channel on the YoutubeTV. (Which let's face it is basically the streaming platform for old folks.) Now, we can surf back and forth between multiple group live coverage and like, "Matlock" reruns or whatever.
