I'm good with making it permanent. But if I had to choose between no DSL and switching, I'd take the switching. I love my summer after work hours. If I ever retire, I may not care.

First round of 2025 coming up at 11:40am EDT, today. My goal is to break 90. Winter is officially over in the Mitten.

How did you do?
My first round will hopefully be the 30th when I get back from Oz.
I should have brought my clubs here.

March 19 - Washtenaw GC - 40/44/84. No birdies and few greens in regulation. Temeratures eventually reached 70 degrees. I was not unhappy with the way things went. The course was in okay condition but soft and spongy fairways with slow greens.
March 21 - Hudson Mills - 40/40/80. 1 birdie and generally better ball striking. My short game abandoned me or this could have been a decent round. 45-50 degrees with a strong 15-20 mph wind but it was sunny and felt nice. The course was in okay condition but soft and spongy fairways, a few very wet fairways and slow greens.
We are going to have a cooler week ahead with highs in the 30's and 40's.

We received a little surprise this morning. As of Noon today, everything continues to be white. This is putting a crimp in my golf plans.

I have a tee time for 8am Sunday. I believe it will be 38° when I tee off...toasty.
