I got into a bit of a buying frenzy over the weekend and yesterday.

I bought two new pairs of Puma Ignite Elevate Disc shoes. One old style in black and one new in white with mint accents.

Yesterday was a set of lighter iron shafts, Recoil Dart HDC 70g F4 (stiff) and ferrules. The lighter shafts should give me a slight boost in swing speed so my distance should increase, in theory.

I finally bought myself a remote control cart. After a lot of looking and a run through AI for pro's and con's I ended up with a Motocaddy M7. It was delivered yesterday and I'll put it together and take it for a test drive around the street on the weekend if the weather cooperates.

I also ordered a Wilson DYNAPWR MAX 5 wood yesterday. I will say that I got it for the UST Mamiya Powercore shaft because that's a $360 shaft as a no charge upgrade. I can always get a stock shaft for it for $50 and keep the PC.

Excited for @MattF. eCarts are taking over from what I can tell. It looks like fun and I used to think about getting one someday--until I realized that I am a degenerate that prefers to ride.

I like to walk but the pushing, especially on a couple of courses I play, is getting harder because of the hills.

Not a buy but today I found at the range one of those rubber mat tees that can hold a regular wooden tee at your preferred height. Extremely useful item that I would have bought. But surely I will misplace it very soon, it will find a new owner and the cycle will go on.

Lazy bum.

Is the cart a "follow" cart or do you mainly control it with a remote? I have not seriously looked into a self propelled cart but I don't think I would want to always be messing with a remote.

It's a Motocaddy M7, they are remote, not a follow cart. It's actually not bad, just correct it's course as you're walking along with your thumb.
